Thanks for sharing your thoughts and giving me some advice on weather or not joining this gym I had been checking out. After much more debating and discussing with my husband, I decided to go for it (for this month anyway). Most likely, this will be a month-by-month decision based on how I'm feeling, my budget, and if I still like it or need a change.
Fitting an hour of exercise into my daily routine has been more difficult than I had orginally anticipated, but it is definetly worth it. Even on the days I really don't feel like going or can't fit in the full hour, I go for 30 minutes and feel so much better!
I'm really looking forward to another month of consistent exercise!
